Returns & Replace
All products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures.
Returns and Replace will only be accepted if:
- Order was damaged in transit.
- Order was Incorrect.
- Item having Manufacturing Defect
NOTE:- PLEASE SHOOT A 360° VIDEO OF PARCEL UNBOXING WHEN YOU UNBOXING THE PARCEL.
If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging.
Return and Exchange offer available only for 2 days after you received the parcel and return and exchange is only valid if you send us parcel unboxing video when you unbox the parcel.
Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging, tag and bill.
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via bank account.
NOTIFY
If you wish to make a return/replace you need to notify us within 2 days after you got the parcel. You can inform us by mail sales@my-choice.in ,Call or Whatsapp +917595968013
REVERSE PICK-UP
Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange courier to return the product.
DISPATCH
Dispatch olny can be possibile when we received the return parcel,Once we check the product and complete the return process we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.
CANCELLATION
You can request for the cancellation of the orders by mailing us at sales@my-choice.in or call us by your registered mobile number. If in case the order is already been shipped, shipping charges not refundable.
REFUND
Refund offer only available if the item goes Out of stock and money will be refund after 2 days when we got the return parcel.
Please Note: If you wish to make a cancel your order you need to notify us within 24 hours.
THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:
- Package refused by recipient
- Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition/without tag.
- Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
- Incorrect delivery address.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
- Slightly variations in colour & design of the jewellery
- After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
